Throughout his career, he has built and developed companies both independently and within large organizations. As the founder of the first independent investor relations consultancy in the United Kingdom, he led the company to international success for more than a decade – culminating in a successful acquisition by Rothschild & Co, where he later served as Executive Vice Chairman of the Investor Advisory business.
With his many years of experience advising boards of directors and executive management in various industries and countries, Stephen brings in-depth know-how in the areas of value creation, business development, and capital market transactions. His knowledge covers topics such as investor relations, IPOs, M&A, corporate governance, and shareholder activism – and ideally complements our competencies. He will help to further deepen the added value for our clients and to drive the growth of AvelaLaw in a targeted manner.
