Dirk is co-founder and partner of AvelaLaw AG and has more than 20 years of experience in asset management, investment funds and private market investments. He advises international and national asset managers, banks, funds, institutional investors and other financial intermediaries on key legal, strategic and transactional issues.
He specializes in the creation and structuring of investment products, the implementation of approval procedures and advice on sales and marketing activities in Switzerland and abroad.

Various publications in the njus.ch series, “Financial Market Law, Developments” published by Stämpfli Verlag, Bern 2009–2020 Every year, the Financial Market Law series presents the developments of the past year in legislation, jurisprudence and literature. In legislation, amendments already adopted and legislative projects are presented.
