In this role, he contributes his many years of legal and regulatory experience and supports our clients in all financial market law and regulatory issues. He is a lawyer with over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of Legal, Compliance and Risk, including as Head Legal & Compliance at various Swiss banks.
There, he was responsible for the development and management of effective control and monitoring structures and combined regulatory requirements with entrepreneurial thinking. His main focus is on the practical implementation of regulatory requirements, in particular in the areas of anti-money laundering, market conduct rules and governance. He has in-depth knowledge of financial market law and extensive experience in dealing with supervisory authorities and auditors.
