He is a lawyer with over 20 years of professional experience in the financial industry, primarily in the areas of Legal, Compliance, and Risk, including as a member of the Executive Board and Head of Legal & Compliance at a Swiss collective investment scheme manager. There, he was responsible for the legal and regulatory management of corporate activities and the implementation of demanding regulatory requirements.
His focus areas include the practical implementation of regulatory requirements, particularly in financial market and supervisory law, as well as the structuring and legal support of funds and investment products. He also has extensive experience in dealing with national and international supervisory authorities.
